Guide to My Online Services

My Online Services allows you to organise your frequently used online services into a checklist for easy access. You can choose to receive updates and reminders on Outbound Travel Information, eTAX, eRVD bills and other government services with this single account.

Easy Sign-on

Online services with support the Easy Sign-on feature so you can access them directly after logging into your MyGovHK account. To do so, you have to link up an existing service account with MyGovHK, or register for the service on MyGovHK.

How to add the services and link up?

• Go to My Online Services
• Select the services of your choice under List of Services
• Click “Add all selected” to add the services to My Frequently Used Services
• Those marked with require you to click the service titles and follow the instructions to complete the link up

How to remove the services?

• Go to My Online Services and click My Frequently Used Services
• Click Edit
• Click Delink and/or Delete
